Pretty disappointed in this company. In my opinion the older gentleman, who I believe to be the father, shouldn't be allowed near a phone. He not only got my pets name wrong twice but also made me feel like a complete nuisance and also asked me questions, which at that point, I found hard to answer,I was very upset on the phone and not once was that even addressed. I went elsewhere, where my baby was treated with dignity and respect as was my feelings.

I would like to thank everyone at Central Pets, for being to thoughtful and compassionate after we had our much loved dog Molly put to sleep at home. She was collected that evening by a lovely sympathetic man with such dignity and today we got our baby home in the most compassionate and comforting way also. Every detail was so personal.
