The Dentist I got (Mr. Brown) must be a practitioner of some sort of witchcraft, as I had a root canal and crown fitted and barely felt a thing. The Dental Diaties smile upon this place.

Positive - It's clean and the Dentist are goodNegative- It's antiquated- The Receptionists are in need of some basic training on how to greet and treat a customer (I am pretty sure they do not consider us as customers).- In the last 2 years I have never once been able to get through to them on the phone- It's only in the last 6 months they have moved away from a paper diary to manage appointments (now they just need to move into the 21st century and give customers - yes we are customers - the ability to book on-line)In summary this I guess is your typical UK Dentist i.e. Extracting maximum profit from customers and NHS, whilst putting as little investment back into the business as possible.
