A great experience. Reception staff were very helpful and my time with the Physio was incredible. It was like watching Sherlock go to work as she figured out what was wrong with my foot. An hour after the appointment,.I already had an emailed stretching plan tailored to my injury and recovery needs. Outstanding in every way!
I have had shoulder pain for 4 months. I was unable to sleep and in constant pain. A single one hour session with Stuart and I am 70% better. The staff are so helpful and polite. It is genuinely a joy to visit. Life Fit Wellness are now friends for life. I am now exploring other treatments and support for diet, nutrition, yoga and mindfulness. Their holistic approach is cutting edge but their customer care is even better. I cannot praise them enough.
Always an exceptional service with knowledgeable staff in relaxing surroundings. From full on physiotherapy and rehabilitation from an ankle operation to general sorting out of niggles and sports massage, I would recommend the Life Fit team 100%!
From the minute you walk in the door it's obvious that everyone here is professional and working to the highest standard - and above all friendly and genuinely interested in your welfare.I've had Emmett sort out my initial injury along with lots of advice and assistance on how to prevent any recurrence, Stewart at the Physio Fit class helping me get fitter always under a watchful eye, and Karen after a single podiatry session magically (to me anyway) removed pain I'd been experiencing for ages. Can't recommend this place enough!
