Excell facility, always clean and the machines are always operational. Friendly staff, and the personal trainers are friendly and helpful. Never feel uncomfortable or judged, would definitely recommend.
Flexibility - always find something that suits, I like attending classes but if the block doesn't suit then I've got full use of the gym at any time. The monthly charge is great in comparison to the services we receive.

Personal Trainers are not very professional. Rude with no manners. If u are going to start a Bootcamp, think again. You will spend 20 minutes gabbing and laying out equipment when that's their job. I've seen them swear at each other behind the check in desk also. Not going back and cancelled my membership in October. Trying Pure Gym in January.
I think the membership fee is good value for money. There are many machines so you never have to wait and the classes are good too. I wish it had pilaties but still happy.
