All receptionist staff are unhelpful, rude and lack empathy. Appointments are rare and if you are lucky to get one then the drs will palm you off as much as possible. There is a distinct lack of communication between medical and receptionist staff.Drs notes, blood test appointments/results and prescription renewals are difficult to obtain. It can be a stressful and upsetting experience if you are unsure about your needs as a patient or are new to a diagnosis. Overall the service at this surgery is extremely poor and is in dire need of reform. Avoid this medical centre if you can.
This medical centre needs to address the poor service it provides i left the practice having moved house recently and found out today they failed to tell me about my high blood pressure and cholesterol which was after they done blood tests , i telephoned them for results and they said all was well, i learned this today from my new doctor , this practice has a real problem and needs to address it , hopefully sooner than later . Glad to have left after years of Poor service .
Unhelpful, unfriendly and purposefully obtrusive to helping with an enquiry I had regarding re-prescription. I was told that the receptionist didn't like 'my tone' when I got frustrated with her outrageously pompous and negative responses! In the end said she would help 'even though i'm not meant to'. I will never set foot or phone this place again. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
From my experience the reception staff do a fantastic job. All have been nothing but friendly with me and my family. They have helped me on many occasions when they didn't need too.
Avoid this practice all costs:Medical staff & receptionists are unprofessional, rude, judgemental and condescending!!!!Its the worst practice in the UK!!!!
