Awful. Pathetic. Useless. Avoid at all costs. Approached to deal with my late father's estate. They sat on this for 2 whole years!! My mum repeatedly hassled them. Phone calls were not returned virtually ever. We were never able to figure out if this was common practice due to the grossest incompetence known to man or that the employees of this firm were engaged in an elaborate form of satire, role play or possibly even a social experiment to pretend that they work in the legal profession.In the end, we got them investigated by the law complaints society of Scotland. That was mainly to get my father's documents back. Save yourself a ton of hassle and use someone decent. Unless of course you have access to a plentiful supply of Gaviscon to deal with the vast amounts of stress that will ensue.
