The service was terrible - I stood at the counter waiting whilst 4 members of staff chatted amongst themselves, served one of their colleagues before acknowledging I was there. Donna served me with anything but a smile - mumbling information about seating availability. After 3 attempts to get her to repeat it, I worked it out myself. The auditorium was freezing. The seats in cinema 4 felt like they were coming off their hinges and our backsides were falling through the seat. Most uncomfortable cinema experience I've ever had. This was all for the price of 23 - would not recommend this cinema at all. In fact my partner and I have decided it's worth travelling into Edinburgh than tolerate this again.

A decent multiplex, with 12 screens of varying sizes and a reasonable range of films on each week. The on-site Starbucks makes for a great alternative to the usual fare, also on offer for the usual extortionate cost. Sadly the selection of films screened rarely includes anything independent or unusual that city Cineworlds often offer, and the screens themselves are almost all damaged or defective, with visible marks marring the movie-going experience unless you luck out or make a list. Wouldn't go out of your way to go here, but if it's the best you've got nearby, as it is for me, then go wild I guess - and grab a latte while you're at it.

Finally some evidence of investment in the decor of the public areas and toilets. I have been going here since it opened in the early 2000s and this is the first time Cineworld appear to have handed back any of the profits they have reaped from Falkirk over nearly 20 years.

Costa inside along with limited arcade and pick n mix. Seats are reasonable and the 12 cinemas inside are handy for giving lots of Showtime. It's location and unlimited make this the best bit along with plenty of car parking although some of this Is shut off late at night time. Plenty of food places heavy and bringing your own food is ok along as no hot drinks or food so kids special filming along with this can help bring the cost down Significantly.

This cinema is starting to feel really dated. I remember when this opened after the old ABC cinemas and as a child it was great. Revisiting this cinema recently after now being used to a cinema with Dolby Atmos reclining seats made the screens feel far away and pretty lackluster. The place is in need of a refurbishment. The arcade feels abandoned too, half of the machines were out of order when I visited.
