I would day that is a horrible place with a rude staf!
Phoned and went through options to wait few minutes then have the phone put down on me
Old building but good staff
would give 0 if it was possible, always a queue, uninterested staff, i had a something for you card through the door, went to collect it to be told they could not find my item..then was told they would contact me the next day which they did not.. i went back over to be told a pack of lies as it did not add up and was told my only option was to contact customer service, shocking and very bad service.
Could be a hit or miss at this post office branch, sometimes you spend ages waiting in a queue when there seems to be staff about, or the staff spend a long time chatting with a customer. Now when you're being served, chatting isn't an issue. But when you go into a post office sort of expecting to dash in and out; it's not ideal.This post office also offers some other services as they have an adviser in there as well.
