Had appointment with Stuart this morning to help me transfer my information from my sony phone to my new iPhone, everyone in the shop was very pleasant and Stuart transferred all my information without any bother, thank you to Stuart and all at O2 Falkirk.
I will be going there to get my new Tablet out of O2 in Falkirk & the staff are really nice & friendly as they help you if & when you're looking for something
Bunch of amateurs. Don't bother trying to call them; it's a bit ironic that for a phone shop they never answer their own phone (as per a previous review). Yet they have enough time to stand around idle when you actually go into the shop. Had they bothered to answer said phone it would have saved me a wasted trip as they couldn't help with my enquiry in-store.
Immediately welcomed by polite assistant who promptly answered my enquiry.
