I have been with this practise for years and the service you get now is appalling! I called to get appointment on my hands free in my car drove 14 miles and still did not get through!! Also when you call the receptionists are not helpful at all. I don't go to doctors often but when I need appointment can never get one! Called today 2weeks I have to wait ! I feel something needs to be done to improve practise. I am now going to look at changing doctors as I am extremely disappointed . Shame as doctor Crow is an outstanding doctor .
So my mum has been waiting since September 2018 to get a flu jag and she keeps calling up every 2 weeks or so and gets told we dont have anyone to do a home visit (she has cancer lungs spleen and chest problems) so flu jag will probably help her but were now into jan 2019 and no flu jag. so Monday 14th jan I called and asked to speak to the practice manager about a complaint and was told we dont have one at the moment. so explained everything to the receptionist and she said Ill email a doctor and hell give u a call Tuesday so waited all day Tuesday and no call. so called back Wednesday and again spoke to a receptionist and she spoke to someone and then told me what she was told and asked if I still wanted to speak to her I said yes and guess what no call I called the patient relation complaint service on Thursday and with in 1 hour surgery called me complaint was made over the phone but its still no helping my mum get her flu jag

Have held on for eight minutes with no reply !! I know surgeries can be busy but this is shocking. I was ringing for a friend, my own surgery in Hamilton dont have you holding any more tha two minutes.
If only there was an option for no stars!Absolutely shocking place. Receptionist are useless. Never answer the phone. I've rang for 20 minutes and got nowhere. You can call 20+ times a day and get nowhere.When you do get through the receptionist are incredibly rude and then you have to wait 2-3 weeks!Not sure if they are hoping you get better or die.
