Were very slow to respond to our request for a quote to list our house and then when they found out we'd listed elsewhere the agent couldn't help himself with a disparaging comment about the property. Part and parcel with the house buying process i'm afraid and competition is extremely healthy so this kind of attitude isn't warranted. I've not gone for 1 star as i dealt with them previously for the house purchase and the receptionist was pleasant.
