We recently moved our dogs to this practice and have been amazed by the service. Only last week we lost our little dog, he took ill and quickly went down hill. The level of compassion and professionalism shown to us all was above and beyond what I've ever experienced from a veterinary practice. They gave swift but superb care to our "wee boy" and we felt they were genuinely sad that things couldn't be different. Nothing has been too much trouble and we know our other dog is in good hands if ever she needs looked after. Thank you so much and I would highly recommend Ashbank to anybody looking for somewhere to look after their pets.
Couldn't rate them highly enough. When it was time to say goodbye to my 13yr old dog last week. I wanted it to be peaceful and if there was any possibility that they could come out to my home to do it. After speaking with Emily practice manager she told me of course we can do that. Which she did with colleague jake. They were lovely and a great support for me. It was peaceful and the way I wanted. Would recommend to anyone.
Have been going to Ashbank for over a decade. Fantastic, caring staff who provided the personal touch when our 1st dog was diagnosed with cancer. Both dogs have always received a warm welcome when going to the practice and can't wait to get in the building. Couldn't recommend this practice highly enough.
Cant rate Ashbank vets highly enough. The staff are so friendly, especially the team on reception who are always welcoming when I bring my dog in. Theyve been fantastic looking after him since he was an 8 week old puppy. The team at Ashbank always go above and beyond to give useful advice and to look after your pet. I would highly recommend.
Ashbank have cared for our cats and kittens for the past seven years and I couldn't fault their care. Whether dealing with ailing seniors or new-borns who have breathed in fluids during birth, all patients are handled with care and sensitivity. The facilities are excellent - I believe they are of a standard for a small hospital, and their orthopaedic equipment and expertise are first-rate. Can't recommend this practice enough.
