Staff are always friendly and helpful and the new premises are excellent. My pet cat is really scared to be in the car at all and come to the vets but the service we receive really helps to out her at ease.They were also fantastic with our previous pet Rats and I wouldn't hesitate to recommended them for anyone with exotic pets either.
Disgusting that you charge 45 for a consult with a vet for a ferret! A ferret is not an exotic species and it is a 3rd of the size of a cat! Absolutely shocking!
Having an absolute nightmare getting in touch with this surgery. Being placed on a hold line for 6mins at a time multiple times and when phone rings it just rings out. Surgery does not close until 12:30 yet I've been calling prior to 11:45am with no luck. One particular receptionist is rather abrupt, although they need to know brief details this one particular staff member needs to know in details the issues and feels the need to voice concern and dismay. I have missed two appointments and made the others I have arranged I don't appreciate passive comments about me missing appointments by the same staff member as little does she know although I am young I do suffer from memory issues due to a serious trauma. I try my very best to always be there and remember. At my previous vets I never had any issue seeing a vet rather than a nurse but here I feel you have to justify why you want to see a vet and not a nurse.Although the other one very helpful kind and sensitive receptionist is fantastic. It's a shame coming to a new practise in a new area has been disappointing. Not from the veterinary aspect but customer courtesy and manners.
