Excellent service both in shop where lady was very helpful and knowledgeable and Ross who fitted tv in house was excellent. Don't get this kind of service from the big chains. Would highly recommend.
I went in to The Sony Centre in Falkirk today in a bit of a panic as my kids destroyed my amp cable and I need one for 7am tomorrow morning, the team were great! All free members of staff were looking everywhere they could in store through boxes to try find something that could fit the job I need! 10mins later a cable and adapter was presented to me - brilliant customer service will definitely use this place again
Every time I've been into the store I've been greeted warmly, and always had a great service experience. It always comes as surprise and it's always lovely. The vibe in the store has been just as warm as it was the first time we went in more than 10 years ago and as recently as 2 days ago . Supporting local business matters, and these folks both earn it and deserve it.
