I can only say that if all shops had the same attitude as these guys, the world would be a much nicer place. I bought a pair of ex-demo Linn Majik 140 speakers from Hifi Corner from ebay. Not even direct from the shop! They duly posted them, but DPD somehow managed to lose one of the speakers. I called Hifi Corner, who even though it was via an ebay listing + not direct, were so incredibly courteous and totally mortified that the speakers hadn't shown up. They did all they could do trace the missing speaker, and when after 2 weeks DPD still couldn't locate it, they ORDERED NEW ONES FROM LINN FOR ME. In the words of Paul, "our priority is getting you sorted". So I ended up getting brand new speakers for the price of used ones. Not only that, the guys were so helpful throughout the process, fully reassuring, concerned, as well as really helpful in advising me on cables, setup options etc - knowledgable without being patronising or condescending despite the fact that this was clearly my first foray into high quality home audio. Generally I want to say I have the utmost respect for these guys and they have definitely got a client for life right here. Can't recommend them highly enough!!
