Reception staff were good I suppose, food not too bad but over priced, restaurant staff took time out to look after you so service was not too bad, my real issue is the bed bugs severe bed bug issue I was eaten alive following day arms were covered in insect bites some on back and neck also. Room appeared very clean lovely room to be honest, bed was amazing couldnt fault anything else very pleased but didnt appreciate being bitten and eaten alive! Im now constantly itching everywhere! Shame spoilt the experience.
Modern and very comfortable with good food and good service all at a reasonable price.
My daughter and i chose Inchyra for our annual spa break and it did not disappoint. Wonderful warm and comfy roomSpa treatments were great and dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Definitely full marks.
The rooms were not the biggest that you would get from other Macdonald hotels. Polite and helpful staff. Good spa. Not so great area to walk
Elegant hotel, good food, excellent gym, pool and spa, and most of all, wonderful staff. I had a room in a secondary building, facing the golf course. Everything in the room was perfect. The doors do make a lot of noise (screeching and clanking when closed), but otherwise nice and quiet. Gym and pool are great and seem popular, so depending on the schedule might be busy. All in all, a great experience in a beautiful setting.
