Room was clean, dry and warm. Facilities were good and staff helpful..
Very welcoming and helpful staff. It was David that booked us in last minute and made up our room for us and 2 children. Told us if there was anything we needed just let him know. Also briefly spoke to a friendly lady in the morning as we left. A big thanks as we struggled and failed to manage to book online as we travelled up from England that day, and weren't sure where we were going to end up staying. Great value for money
Just dropped my mother-in-law off here at 9.30pm on Christmas night. A nice clean room with disabled access, wet room and panic alarms. Absolutely perfect for her needs. Gentleman on reception couldn't be more helpful. Many thanks.

Stayed in this hotel for one night. It was a great night. Friendly staff member named Nadine helped us. In search for takeout and extra towels. In the morning when leaving she was there again being helpful opened the doors to help us get our bicycles out of the hotel room passage.
