Room as expected but had to request extra towels each day from reception as despite booking for 2 people we were left with just a single hand towel and bath towel both days.Room was cold and the heating struggled to warm it.Helpful enough staff but could have been a smoother stay
Was clean tidy, good breakfast, only one blip not enough tea/coffee in room
I have stayed here about 3 or 4 times now. Both in the new annex and the main building. The rooms are what I have come to expect from premier Inn. Clean, functional, warm and just the right size. The corridors are cold but you don't spend any kind of time in them. There is the option of dining next door but I often go to a nearby cafe, there are plenty of them. It's well placed for the town centre, motorway and train station. Overall, a good experience and I'd recommend staying here.
Not the best stay we have had here! Parking was terrible car park was chaos! Our room was not services we were not given any reason why? And when we told reception they just asked for our room number and said we will make sure it is done tomorrow??? I had to ask for clean towels, mugs, more tea,coffee etc which we had to carry from the one building to the other because we were on the top floor of the other building!
Good Premier Inn hotel, though sorry.... It's not central. The room was very nice and the staff were very lovely, helpful and welcoming. It's on the side of the canal so there are some smashing walks to be had to both the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies. Decent Beefeater restaurant here too. The only negative comment was the room doors banged loud to each room and was quite bad on one night of our stay. (Other wise top marks!)
