Normal Arnold clark, service department is a tad expensive. Main dealer so prices are not great but handy if you want to look at what's available without travelling to far
Always found this dealership easy to deal with. Craig the salesman was very nice and good at his job. He sold my daughter a car and he was very helpful and understanding regarding cost.
Very friendly and relaxed place to look for a car, the sales guys aren't pushy.Michael Mcdonald is brilliant and couldn't have done more for us in November when I was trading my car in, very helpful and friendly alway kept us up to date with the cars progress throughout the buying process, even going as far as coming in on his day off to allow me to collect the car, this is why we have came back here for a 2nd car and Michael has been just as helpful and accommodating.
Only got the star because I couldn't give no star. I went to the branch with my wife to view a red Audi on the forecourt and was there for about 35 - 40 minutes. All the staff were standing together inside and the only person to make any introduction was the product genius. I had a look inside and outside the car and was happy with it but still no product consultant came out of the branch. Being in the car sales business myself I was dissapointed with the service especially as the branch manager was playing games on his phone with his back to us and the consultants making themselves coffee. I probably wouldn't go back to the branch as I feel I would end up with the same service.
Dealt with a great salesman, very happy to stand back to allow us to view a car. We really liked the car but unfortunately they only had diesel models on the forecourt and we wanted petrol, no pressure to try and talk us into diesel just to get a sale. What a pleasure - hopefully they'll get a petrol one soon, would be happy to go back there to buy
