I visited Frasers in Falkirk this week. We had two cars we wanted to see. Both used cars. We ve been approached by David from sales and from that point we ve been treated like we were buying a new, expensive one car. David was very nice, extremely helpful, providing with all of the details and understanding, as we are foreigners. Even our children liked it, as when we were dealing with documents, they were given some colour books to work over it. We left deposit and two days later we took the car. I came to Falkirk from Edinburgh by train and I was picked up by Frasers's driver from Railway station. That was great! Quick transaction. Very informative David got me through the paperwork smoothly. 20 minutes later I drove away in me used new car. I always was reluctant to deal with traders. This experience showed me new quality of it. Well done Frasers.

After buying a used car last year, with a service plan & warranty, it's just been in for the first (under my ownership) service/MOT. All of the guys here have been great. The sales guys are genuine and the service team could not have been more helpful. Thanks again!

Friendly, very informative, David's knowledge on new models knew no bounds, his explanation of the features of our chosen vehicle was second to none. From entering to leaving the showroom it was a pleasurable experience. It was well worth are trip, from the Isle of Man, to purchase our new vehicle from Frasers of Falkirk .
