Very helpful as always. Nothing is too much for them. Went to get an answer to what I thought was a silly question. But the gent was very curtious and didn't take it as a silly question. Thank You for putting my mind at rest
Not very pleased. Despite telling them when I booked car in for a service that I needed it for early afternoon, did not get car back until nearly 5pm. This is despite me dropping it off with them at 9.30 am. Said they were busy. Clearly I was not a priority for them. Attitude was casual, no apology. Reluctant to give them any more business with this kind of attitude. Suggest communication not a strong point. SDM did respond and made amends for which they should be commended. However, they need to improve processes to put customer first. Sharper communication internally is a priority.
My car was in for a minor repair great service also awaiting area with television and coffee if you want if you are waiting.
