Reluctantly giving a 1 star. George offered to withhold a car for a couple of days for a 100 deposit under the agreement that if I changed my mind at any point I would be refunded the 100. Thankfully I recorded the phone call. I changed my mind, and now he wont give me the deposit back. He wants me to drive 100 miles to test drive a car that I dont want if I want my 100 back. Not his smartest move

My advise to anyone thinking of buying there is stay well clear yes they are good at getting you (expensive) finance but if anything goes wrong with the car they will find a way to shaft you and you end up with a scrap car and still have to pay off the finance. Total bunch of con artists.
I purchased my car from Formula 1 a few weeks ago the salesperson I dealt with was Boyd.Being a second hand car there is always something that goes wrong but its how the garage deals with it that determines if you use them again or if recommend them to others.My experience was a bit annoying, I picked up my car and it developed a noise the next day. I was asked to return the car immediately and it was fixed within 30 minutes, the noise came back the next day and again I was asked to bring it straight in, I was given a courtesy car and asked to leave it to enable them to evaluate thoroughly. This problem went on for a few days and they ended up taking it to the Jeep garage to have it thoroughly tested, it was repaired and returned to me within a few days.Not once did I get ignored, nor did they try to give me excuses not to fix the car. They dealt with the problem head on and got it resolved so that I, the customer was satisfied with the service and outcome.I would have no hesitation whatsoever in buying another car from Formula 1. I highly recommend them for professionalism and customer satisfaction.
We would give this company 0 stars. we bought a car 6 weeks ago travelled from England 14 hours round trip. This car had no tax we had to tax when we got there. Sales rep GRANT went through the process with my husband said all had gone through also said it was 30 per year WRONG 120 also forgot to give us the history of the car so he GRANT said 6 weeks on after countless phone calls we still have not got all the paperwork for this car. Then 26/09/18 the car got clamped outside our home. FOR NO TAX . we had to pay 166.00 to get the car released. After a lot of fobbing off by various managers. trying to get our money back which we haven't. I strongly recommend you DON'T BUY from this establishment. they don't have any morals at all, stick together like peas in a pod. We now face a battle to get our money back! It's the principle that we were LIED to feel CHEATED this Garage is only out for your money don't expect any after sales because once you leave with the car it STOPS. I Don't believe the reviews that say all went well! I suspect they are FAKE. I know people will think it's not a lot of money. It is to us!
